·Pre-screening age eligibility.

·Competition administration and hub coordination.

·SMS and email updates regarding your registration.

7.2Full identity verification, including full date of birth, ID number, and photo, occurs only at the hub under secure, NDPA-compliant protocols. No NIN or ID numbers are stored on the online portal. Only your full date of birth and contact details are stored digitally, for pre-screening age eligibility.

7.3Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties. It may only be disclosed to essential service providers, being payment processors and ESGC compliance verification, strictly for tournament delivery purposes, under binding confidentiality agreements, and will not be used for any other purpose.

7.4Anonymized, aggregated data may be used for post-event reports, sponsor insights, and ecosystem development.

7.5You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Requests can be sent to info@seasonoflegends.com.

7.6Data collected online will be retained for a maximum of 30 days after the event unless explicit marketing consent is granted. Hub verification logs are encrypted, access-controlled, and auto-purged after 30 days.
